Writing Wednesdays: “Savor The Season – Enjoying Nature While it Blooms”

Spring has sprung and it’s the perfect time to soak in the beauty of the blooming garden with reflective journaling practice.

Join local writer, Ellen Bell, and use the wellness benefits of Positive Journaling to savor the season of renewal. This class focuses on fostering emotions such as gratitude, curiosity, serenity, and joy and uses the tranquil garden setting for inspiration.

There is no need to be an experienced writer to enjoy the benefits of this fun and uplifting practice. Writing materials will be provided.

Ellen Bell is an author and freelance writer. She is a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher with a specialty in the practice of Positive Journaling for wellness. 

*Classes are offered in  Morning Sessions from 10:00 am to 11:00 am
