Workshop: Celebrate Chamomile - Herb of the Year 2025

Join us in honoring Chamomile, the International Herb Association’s Herb of the Year for 2025! Known for its delicate, daisy-like blooms and calming properties, chamomile has been cherished for centuries as a soothing tea—but its benefits go far beyond the teacup.

In this hands-on workshop, author and IHA member Janice Cox will guide you through the many ways to grow, use, and enjoy this beautiful and versatile plant. You will:

  • Plant your own chamomile seeds to take home
  • Savor culinary treats featuring chamomile
  • Create wellness products using this beloved herb
  • Receive a copy of the newly released “Herb of the Year” book from the IHA

Whether you are a gardener, herbal enthusiast, or simply curious, come explore the many charms of chamomile in a fun, interactive setting.

Cost: $55 members and $65 non-members (includes a copy of the IHA Chamomile book $21.95)
