Kids Summer Camp at Sherman

July 14 – July 18, 2025

Come spend the week with us in the gardens.  Enjoy the outdoors, have fun, and make new friends and memories.

Camper Benefits:

  • Ignite the senses through hands-on exploration.
  • Build critical thinking skills through observation, data collection, and summarization.
  • Exposure to science AND art through immersive activities, experiments, games, and crafts.
  • Education on environmental concepts including botany, horticulture, the food web, and adaptations.

The Quest for Shermie’s Badges

July 14 – July 18, 2025 | 9:00am – 12:00pm

For kids ages 7 – 10 Years old

Are you the ultimate transformer, like our official otter mascot Shermie?  Every day offers a new adventure inspired by our gardens.  Become a nature detective, a chef, an artist, and more.  Sharpen your skills and discover new talents.  If you tackle each day’s challenge, Shermie will award you a badge.  Dare to collect all 5!

Age Guidelines: 

Summer Camp is for children ages 7 – 10 years old

Camp Dates:

Monday, July 14 – Friday, July 18

Camp Times:

9 am – 12 pm

Fee: 

Member: $180 per week

Non-Member: $200 per week

REFUNDS: Due to limited space, refunds will not be given.  There will be no proration of fees for any days a child participant cannot attend.  

Once you have registered you will be emailed a confirmation with a Waiver. This Waiver should be returned as soon as possible to [email protected] or can be brought to the first day of camp.
