Joyful Flowers: Ikebana Show

March 6 @ 10:30 am - 4:00 pm

Free with Garden Admission

The ‘Joyful Flowers: Ikebana Show’ will present exquisite floral arrangements created by teachers from The Ikebana Sangetsu West Coast and Ikebana Lessons Groups.

Ikebana is the Japanese art of flower arranging, expressed in a special way using balance, harmony and form. In Ikebana, branches, leaves, flowers and everything that nature offers is used for art making.

The Sangetsu School style aims to bring out the beauty of flowers and branches using their natural colors, lines, and shapes gently placed inside beautiful and unique vases and baskets.
