Go beyond Sherman’s garden gates on a Members-Only Excursion with Crystal Cove Conservancy. This guided coastal experience blends history, ecology, and hands-on stewardship at of one of Orange County’s pristine costal preserves. The program begins with a brief introduction to the Crystal Cove Historic District, followed by a coastal ecology walk exploring the local ecosystem, coastal geology, marine conservation, and native versus invasive species.

An overview will be provided covering what it takes to grow these orchids successfully, followed by a hands-on workshop where you will divide and repot an orchid to take home with you. Bring a garden apron and be prepared to get a little messy!
