Pardon Our Dust!

From March 9-27, Admission is Free.​

March 9-20

We are laying important pipes and will close the pathway that leads to
the Central Gardens at Sherman Library & Gardens. ADMISSION WILL BE FREE
during this time, as our footprint will be significantly restricted.

You can still enjoy our Adobe Courtyard, orchid display, pepper tree and train display,
and the succulent garden. Our Garden Shop remains open as well.

March 20 -27 

All guests will enter through our Haskell Gate located on Dahlia St. next to the community building (look for the sign, ENTER HERE)

During this time the central garden, community building and fern alley will be open to guests.  The Garden Shop will be closed.

Garden hours remain 10:30 am – 4 pm during this time.

The Dahlia Street parking lot will be closed March 16 - 20

Please use our South lot behind the garden or the municipal lot off Dahlia st.

Garden Closure Notice

Sherman Library & Gardens will be closed to the public on Saturday, May 2​

Visitors may purchase tickets at the door or, for contactless entry, pre-purchase tickets online.

Admission:  $5.00

  • Members are always admitted free – consider joining today!

Children (3 & Under): Free

Blue Star Families: Free admission from Armed Forces Day through Labor Day and on Veterans Day. Military ID holder + five family members.   Program Details

Museums for All: Free for those receiving food assistance (SNAP benefits).  Up to four people per EBT card presented.        Program Details 

Only service dogs are permitted in the gardens.

Tours

Sherman Gardens has a knowledgeable group of specially trained docents available to give tours of our beautiful gardens to both adults and children.

Self Guided tours are available through our Dial & Discover cell phone audio tour. Information available at entry gate.
