Mosaic Workshop: Spring Garden Planter – Join David Jarvinen and create a wonderful mosaic planter using broken dishes. Begin with a terracotta base, add your colorful broken dishes and make a statement for your garden. A grout kit to go for applying once the adhesive dries (24 hours). This guided coastal experience blends history, ecology, and hands-on stewardship at of one of Orange County’s pristine costal preserves. The program begins with a brief introduction to the Crystal Cove Historic District, followed by a coastal ecology walk exploring the local ecosystem, coastal geology, marine conservation, and native versus invasive species.
