Host your special event at Sherman Library & Gardens!

Sherman Library & Gardens is available for events that span all seasons of life – from baby showers to weddings, to celebrations of life. Private events at the gardens, which span 2.2 acres, are available for rental between the hours of 5 pm to 10 pm, Wednesday through Sunday. Exclusive, private use of the entire gardens lets you create the event of your dreams! The onsite garden-to-table restaurant, 608 Dahlia, provides delicious, seasonal offerings that can be curated for each event. Semi-private events can be accommodated during 608 Dahlia’s regular hours of operation from 11 am to 2 pm, Wednesday through Sunday. Events such as baby showers, bridal showers, or life celebrations, can take place within the restaurant, which has a full view of the central garden for you and your guests to enjoy. Whatever your event needs may be, we have an onsite event coordinator who is dedicated to ensuring each event on the property can bloom into its full potential.

Weddings

Sherman Library & Gardens is an oasis of history, horticulture, and the arts, which provides a picture-perfect backdrop for weddings. Say “I DO!” amidst our botanic wonderland, surrounded by early California architecture nestled in the heart of Corona del Mar, California. We proudly host wedding ceremonies, receptions, or both, in the gardens. Exclusive private use of the entire gardens lets you create the wedding of your dreams.
