Are your New Year’s Resolutions already a thing of the past? It’s not too late to make a positive start in 2025.

Instead focusing on what needs to be fixed, join local writer Ellen Bell and use the the wellness benefits of Positive Journaling to take stock in what’s going well. This classes focus on fostering emotions such as gratitude, curiosity, serenity, and joy and uses the tranquil garden setting for inspiration. 

There is no need to be an experienced writer to enjoy the benefits of this fun and uplifting practice. Writing materials will be provided. 

January 29 – “Taking Stock in What’s Here: The Clarity of Reflective Journaling”
February 5 – “Gratitude Before Goals: Giving Thanks for What’s Already Working”
February 12 – “Moving Forward While Savoring the Present”

Ellen Bell is an author and freelance writer. She is a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher with a specialty in the practice of Positive Journaling for wellness.

*Classes are offered in Morning Sessions from 10:00 am to 11:00 am
