Sherman Library & Gardens offers an inspired line-up of classes and events every month for you to enjoy! With offerings ranging from wellness workshops and children’s activities, to floral design classes, lectures in the library, and plant shows, there is something for everyone to experience.
Workshop: Garden Pumpkin for Autumn

Create a lovely, decorated pumpkin for the autumn season using natural materials from the garden. Join Alexandra Ito to learn how to use decoupage techniques to decorate a live pumpkin with dried leaves and flowers. This fun, relaxed class takes place in the outdoor patio classroom by the gift shop, where you will be inspired by the beauty of the gardens. Your pumpkin will make a unique addition to your holiday and seasonal decorations or can be given as a gift.
No experience necessary. All materials are provided.
