Jenny Walker is the Animal Care Manager and Acting Zoo Director at the Santa Ana Zoo, where she has dedicated 25 years of service. With nearly three decades of experience in animal care, she brings a deep understanding of how plants and animals can successfully coexist within thoughtfully designed habitats. Drawing on her background in biology and zoology, Jenny specializes in habitat design that integrates edible plantings and enrichment strategies, enhancing both animal well-being and the guest experience.
Lauren Bergh has a passion for connecting people with nature in all of its forms and has been in environmental education for over 25 years. As Curator of Education at the Santa Ana Zoo, Lauren’s team leads education programs and experiences for the general public, school groups, educators, volunteers, and the community both at the Zoo and the Santiago Creek ECO Center. Lauren’s background includes certifications in Botany, Wildlife Ecology, Interpretation, Environmental Science and Information Sciences.
