Sherman Library & Gardens offers an inspired line-up of classes and events every month for you to enjoy! With offerings ranging from wellness workshops and children’s activities, to floral design classes, lectures in the library, and plant shows, there is something for everyone to experience.
This whimsical double mushroom stands 12″ tall and is such a fun addition to your garden or patio.
In this workshop, you will adorn this cement mushroom with tiles, broken china, and other bits & pieces. Learn about design, gluing, grouting, working with broken china and so much more. You will take grout home to finish your mushroom once the glue has set for 24 – 48 hours, or you are welcome to come back to the Dragonfly Studios in Orange, California to grout your piece on a day to be determined.
We have an ever-changing selection of tiles and china to choose from, so yours will look different. If you have broken pieces of china that are special to you, or if there’s a particular color scheme you’re going for and you’d like to incorporate them into this piece, please bring them with you – that’s what makes it personal & exciting.
