Welcome to a deeply nourishing class that blends gentle movement, long-held yin and restorative postures, and a guided Yoga Nidra meditation to invite profound rest. You’ll release tension from the body while soothing the nervous system and quieting the mind. This class is accessible for all abilities, and modifications can be provided to ensure everyone feels supported and comfortable.
Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that brings you into a state of deep relaxation while remaining aware—helping to reduce stress, restore energy, and promote inner balance. Expect to leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and deeply restored from the inside out.
