About the Speaker
Sherry Schulman, MBA, MS, RDN is a registered dietitian nutritionist with UCI Health. She specializes in gastrointestinal disorders, type 2 diabetes, weight management, kidney health, disordered eating, and maintaining a healthy microbiome. Her clinical interests focus on health and wellness across the lifespan.
