Sherman Library & Gardens offers an inspired line-up of classes and events every month for you to enjoy! With offerings ranging from wellness workshops and children’s activities, to floral design classes, lectures in the library, and plant shows, there is something for everyone to experience.
6th Annual Newport Beach Summer Garden Party

Save the date! Join us for the Sherman Library & Gardens’ Annual Newport Beach Summer Garden Party on Saturday, August 9th, from 4pm-7pm.
We’re very excited that the community embraces this event as their go-to Summer Party. Strutting their summers’ best attire, complete with exquisite chapeaus, in our stunning garden setting.
Savor your light dinner from 608 Dahlia’s exceptional Chef Jessica, mingle with friends, and don’t forget to enter to win the raffle and silent auction prizes. Of course, dancing is encouraged as you enjoy the live music in the Central Garden.
Proceeds from last year’s sponsorships enabled 750 children to visit Sherman Library & Gardens for elementary students throughout Orange County. This year’s sponsorship will provide adult educational experiences as well as funds for Library Advancement.
