Rex Brandt (1914-2000)

Best known for his watercolor paintings, Rex Brandt was also a noted teacher at some of California’s finest art schools. Brandt and his longtime friend and painting associate, Phil Dike, held many summer workshops at Blue Sky, Brandt’s Corona del Mar studio. Brandt was a frequent visitor to Sherman Library & Gardens.
