Begonia Plant Show and Sale 

Presented by Southern California Begonia Society

Come see a huge variety of begonias on display at our Southern California Begonia Society Show and Sale!  Discover the wild and wonderful specimens in the exhibition and pick your favorite from the plant sale to take home.

The Southern California Begonia Society comprises amateur growers whose backyard nurseries yield fabulous specimens and an unusual range of leaf variation and growth habit. There are over 1800+ Begonia species and hybrids are constantly being developed. The exhibition will include various types of begonias including canes, tuberous, rhizomatous and Rex. and Mature examples will be displayed in pots and terrariums  – and many of the same begonias will be available to buy.

Free talk and Q&A: Begonia Cultivation

Join the experts from the Southern California Begonia Society for an introduction to begonia cultivation. Learn the basics of begonia care and pick up some tips and tricks to allow your new plants to flourish. Come with your questions!

Family Activity Station 

All weekend- 11:30 am – 3:30 pm  – Drop in 

Join us for fun family activities. We will be getting out the microscopes, taking a closer look at some amazing begonia leaves and creating some leafy art projects.
